TOWER INSPECTOR WORKSHOP

THURSDAY 10 SEPTEMBER

Following strong interest from across the industry, FICA is pleased to confirm that the inaugural Forestry Tower Inspectors Workshop will be held on Thursday 10 September 2026 at Rydges Wellington Airport, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

The workshop has been developed primarily for forestry tower inspectors and will provide an opportunity to discuss inspection methodologies, certification and regulatory updates, tower modifications, lessons learned from the field, and opportunities to improve consistency and best practice across the industry. Participants will also contribute to identifying priority technical and regulatory issues affecting the sector and strengthening industry-wide collaboration.

While the focus is on tower inspectors, a limited number of places will be available for cable logging contractors and others with a direct interest in forestry towers. These places are expected to fill quickly, so interested attendees are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

There is no registration fee, with attendees only needing to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.
