Sometimes we need to collect your data to undertake the services we offer.

This information is collected when you complete and submit one of our online forms to register for our events or programmes.

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:
  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Computer or network
  • Billing or purchase information
  • Company information
We collect your personal information in order to:
  • Complete our service offering to you as outlined on each individual form
  • We will use your name, email and company information to add you to our user data base
  • We will add you to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Credit Card information is not seen by us and is directly processed by PayPal.

Only our staff and webmaster have access to this information. 

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter this information, we might not be able to offer you the services described.

We keep your information safe by storing it on password protected machines and 3rd party cloud providers who are GDPR compliant and only allowing authorised staff to see it and process it.
We keep your information for as long as it is needed to complete our work at which point we securely destroy it by erasing all digital files and securely destroying hard copies.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at admin@fica.org.nz
