Rolling Roadshow
8.30 am - 4.00 pm

Our sponsors are turning it on for contractors. A bus will pick you up in Central Rotorua and take you on a journey (just like forestry for the last couple of years!!). Think of it as a mini expo with a rolling roadshow, stopping off at key sponsors along the road. Drinks, food, entertainment and good times! More details to be announced but think sponsors going all out for contractors - too good!

During the Rolling Roadshow we'll have a quick Annual General Meeting. There will be food and coffee while we go over our accounts and go through the formalities of the Association to make sure we follow the rules.

Accommodation

The pick up point for the bus is Novotel Rotorua and the evening functions are central (Pig and Whistle and Terrace Kitchen). However, unfortunately the Novotel is now fully booked on our dates. The good news is, Rotorua has lots of options.
