Plantation Forest Industry Submission Reform of Vocational Education

This is a combined submission from the Forest Industry Contractors Association (FICA), New Zealand Forest Owners Association (FOA) and NZ Farm Forestry Association. The combined nature of the submission presents a strong unified voice from the forest growers and managers, who are involved on an international scale with maintaining forestry as the third largest export earner for New Zealand and the forest contractors who very directly produce the wood for the markets and pay directly for training their workforce.
