HarvestTECH remains one of the industry's premier events, bringing together harvesting, transport, logistics and forestry leaders to explore practical solutions for improving productivity, safety and business performance.
To build on these discussions, FICA will host a Productivity Workshop on 11 November following the conference. The workshop continues the work developed through recent contractor productivity sessions in Rotorua, Nelson and Balclutha, focusing on practical opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contractor sustainability.
Importantly, the workshop will be free to all FICA members, including those who are not attending HarvestTECH.
