The FICA Board has agreed that the benefits of releasing high-level survey findings to members outweigh any potential risks, which are considered limited, provided appropriate safeguards are maintained.
FICA will not be publicly releasing detailed survey results. Instead, members will be able to access high-level findings through a secure platform.
We're clear that the survey isn't being used to portray crisis; it's used constructively to highlight both the resilience of contractors and the areas where industry can work together. Watch this space for release details.
In the meantime, we’ll continue to use survey findings to advocate. A good example is FICA's ongoing advocacy work in Tairāwhiti, where the survey provides evidence that supports contractor concerns.
