Friday 21 November 2025
Oxbow Adventures
9.00 am pick up - 5.00 pm drop back
9am pick up - from downtown Queenstown
Aventures at Oxbow Adventure Co with lunch provided
Speed Jet Boating
Off Roading
Claybird Shooting
5pm drop off - The bus will drop-off back in central Queenstown after a day of adventure at Oxbow around 5pm
Happy Hour from 5.00 pm - venue tbc
Dress code: Casual
Please note, this is not the FICA AGM event for 2025. It is purely a social / networking occasion to round out the year.

This is a one-off Christmas event for FICA members and the event has limited spaces available. Therefore, the main allocation of tickets has been reserved exclusively for FICA Members.
FICA Member Price - $550 + GST per person

Sponsor tickets are on an expression of interest / request basis. If you are a FICA sponsor and would like to attend, please email sarah@fica.org.nz We will review all sponsor requests and get back to you on whether there is space available.
The Ticket Fine Print: While we do our best to accommodate cancellations and changes, for this event we require notice on or before 20 October 2025 if you need to cancel. From 21 October 2025 no refunds available. All tickets must be paid in full before the event. Ticket pricing excludes GST.
Accommodation
The pick up point will be in downtown Queenstown. We are staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Queenstown but there is no group deal available due to the popularity of Queenstown as a destination.
