FICA Members are advised that a vote will be held at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Forest Industry Contractors Association Incorporated Society, to adopt a new constitution under the The Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
Members are invited to review and understand the proposed new constitution. The draft constitution document is available for download below.
Member Feedback
If any FICA members have any feedback on this proposed constitution, please email nick@tomblesonlogging.co.nz no later than 2 weeks BEFORE the FICA AGM (12 August 2025). This will ensure that any member feedback is taken onboard before the vote to pass the new Constitution.
